Lamont Industrial Ltd as one of only two Mirka Authorised Service Centres in the U.K. and Ireland we also offer Warranty and Non-Warranty repairs for Mirka Tools and Equipment.

Warranty Repair Process

End user advised to contact their supplier, alternatively, Email via our contact us page or Tel (028) 2588 1231 to request repair.
Proof of Purchase will be required before collection can be arranged. If the Repairer is collecting from the End User premises the End User will be responsible for suitably packing the Tool for collection by a Carrier. Mirka (UK) Ltd will undertake all costs for repair, including Carriage Costs. The Repairer will endeavour to collect, repair and return the Tool within 7 working days of receipt of Proof of Purchase.

Non-Warranty Repair Process

End User advised to Email via our contact us page or Tel (028) 2588 1231 to arrange repair. Tool can then be sent to the Repairer carriage paid for inspection. A £10.00 + VAT Inspection charge will be required (refundable if Tool is repaired). Tools can also be collected for Inspection. Carriage Costs will be advised and payment will be required prior to collection. End User will be responsible for suitably packing the Tool for collection by a Carrier. On receipt of Tool the Repairer will advise cost of repair and require payment prior to repair and return.
